Wines Unearthed create an amazing exhibition space for spirit and wine producers who are looking for buyers. Being the potential link between so many business deals, it is important for wines unearthed to be seen as the professionals they are as well as memorable in the busy venues in which they host these events. Their new website allows them to begin their new adventure into the online space.
With the brand colour of orange, and an idea of wanting a more earthy feel for the site build, a deeper green seemed a great choice. It contrasts the orange well without being quite as striking; allowing for easier reading throughout.
1st Gawsworth Scouts required their first website to try and bring new kids into Beavers, Cubs and Scouts from the local area. As well as to advertise the group, a section advertising the available hall hire is great for being able to bring in some extra revenue for the group. Contact forms make it far easier for people to get in contact with the correct people regarding any query they may have.
This colour palette was all but chosen for me. Scouting already has their primary colours which I followed for each section. This was important as people can recognise the colour scheme without knowing exactly what the website is about.
Journey Kind is a charity which looks to allow people of all ages to take on a meaningful new challenge by travelling with a purpose. Focusing big on imagery, we looked to portray the message from Journey Kind visually. Images are often more eye-catching and get the attention of the reader quicker. In a world of constant scrolling, it is crucial to grab the reader’s attention. And, as a guide, a website has less than 15 seconds to do so.
A simple, yet bold colour palette shows professionalism in how Journey Kind operates. But allows them to show their modern way of conducting charity work.

Keystone Construction wanted a modern site which would be able to advertise their services and also hold a portfolio section; within which they could update with new, completed projects. This site is designed to look professional and to be easy to navigate. Potential clients will often be in a rush to find the correct content, but when they do find it, it needs to be informative and evidence based.
The bright orange was the starting point for this palette. With its ability to grabs someone's attention, it works well for safety jackets on site and also to capture the reader's attention. The bold colour palette will help to create a memorable impression.
Aura SkinCare are an organic skin care brand who focus on sustainability within their products, as well as their message to customers. A clean and modern layout worked well. We wanted the product images to be the main focus without the layout and design detracting from it. We were able to split the layout up into product placement and small education pieces to create an engaging site.
A neutral base with a deep green gave a natural feel for this kind of business. The green and orange were enough to tie Aura back to nature without being overpowering or distracting.
